My sister wanted me to make a water version of my cloud picture... So, yeah.

Anyway, it's really not supposed to be that grainy and icky. But it is, and it frustrates me... all because my photo program won't let me save it in .jpg or .gif form. >.< Annnnd I've changed the file about twice now, soo yeah.
